No of course! But how much time you think the welder needs to make a nice weld with good penetration? A minute more? I paid a extra $5 for that minute! This is not up to our standard of production! If it was stamp India or Africa on that tool I understand but not USA and certainly not Canada, UK, Japan, Germany or Spain. Crappy weld don't hold for long.

There is another US company who made the same tool, this one look well done, I wish I found that one before buying the Lisle so for those interested check this one.
