[Gardem]

So both the front PTO and deck PTO will only engage when the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left. This is similar to the issue I had before. The blades turned decent but would be slow until I turned my steering wheel to the left. I just swapped out the front PTO belt (someone said it may be old and stretched out) and now the only way it will engage, and only partial of the way, is when the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left. What would steering have to do with it? I'm puzzled.
