If you remove the engine with the cradle attached, you won't need your special tool. Are you planning to do the cradle mod while you have it apart?

I had a stripped cradle bolt on the rear of the engine so I decided that instead of fighting it, I'd just unbolt engine from cradle instead.
And yeah, I cut out a strap of 1/4" plate at work Friday with intentions of doing the cradle mod as well. Also removing the engine shrouds and cleaning up the cooling fins while it is out.
