How long have you had the tractor, is this a new noise? With the tractor off, can you shake that throw out arm and reproduce the sound? It should have minimal movement to it, if it moves a lot I think that is your noise. It kind of looks like there is a slight out of roundness to the drive shaft or atleast the cast piece which is shaking the throw out arm and making noise. In other words, tightening the throw out arm or replacing it's pins may stop the noise but not fix the problem. Further investigation is needed. If you do take it apart this weekend, the manual has a nice exploded view of the clutch components so you can verify you have all the right parts.
