Don't look too bad. I want to see what's under the deck pulley covers. I learned quickly to just leave mine in the shed. Way easier to clean after mowing with them off. If there's no major rot under the covers, I'd bump it to $400 if the blade looks good. Make sure you get the rockshaft bracket for the blade lift. I would be after this for the motor and cosmetic stuff. Plus the blade and chains. Good luck!
