Default Parts

If you need parts for your cub restoration, there are many different sources for them. Try to help out the sponsors of this site first, but if that is not feasible, try asking friends if they know of sombody that has a parts tractor, or a pile of parts. Because there is not many sources for cub parts up in Alberta, I got stuck getting parts from the states. The prices were good, but the exchange rate killed me. I paid about $300 Canadian for about $225 bucks of American parts. Shipping slapped another hundred onto that. After I got the parts ordered and money sent, a friend told me of 2 garden tractor wreckers in the next province. He also gave me the phone number for a guy with a 128. Had I inquired sooner, I could have saved myself some money. I also got a set of 4 link chains for free from a neighbor. So, ask around, you might find free stuff instead of blowing your lunch money.
If anyone else has anything to say on this topic, please do!
