Thanks for all of your input. Great idea on the mule drive side of it. Since it seems as though the mower deck all seems to be working OK i guess the next logical thing to do would be check the mule Drive. I will try to get out there this week and see what is going on with it and let you know.
Luckily it has been 90+ degrees for the last week and the grass has not been growing much.
