First of all..... not all of us are "old timers". Unless people in their 30's are now old.
Second, unless you want them, it doesn't "need" rear fenders. They were optional. Lots and lots of them built without them.
Yes, you can put a sleeve hitch on the rear, but the Originals take one that is specific to them.
Does anyone make repro headlights: No. But you can find OEM ones for sale. They aren't super rare, but you may have to look for a while.
What can we tell you about it??
Not much from the single pic, but here's what I see:
It's an early one as it doesn't have a creeper hole, but it does have the hole in the tower for the steering gear. Someone has repainted the wheels at least and was kind enough to overspray paint all over the tires.

I would assume that it has been repainted as it looks really nice for it's age, but I suppose it could be original paint if it was garage kept. It does have the original tires on it. It has a clamp on the lift arm that isn't supposed to be there. Also, has a black bracket on the front that shouldn't be there. Appears to have something bolted just behind the seat on the rear end... that isn't supposed to be there either. Not sure what all that "extra" stuff was for. Looks like it has a toggle switch instead of a key switch.
What's the series number of this bad boy??
