I spent the last few days reading this entire thread. I was googling "adjust brakes on cub" to figure out the rear disc brakes on my 149 and this came up because you had to "adjust" your pto "brake"
WOW. Just WOW. Great attention to detail. Great job writing it all up.
And, honestly, it was nice to see that someone as meticulous as you still had some issues. I hate it for you, you worked so hard, you deserved to have the thing fire right up. But sometimes I feel like it's only me that can't get a darn carb tuned in right or something similar.
Just curious if you finally got a place to work on this tractor? Any update?
Thanks again for the great writeup and details. If I ever decide to go this deep into my Cubs, this thread will certainly be a starting point.
