Well it is spark ignited,not hot tube so it might be a power engine.
they been starting it with a pony/tire arrangement.
Fairbanks is another maker, so many made them back in those days, I wouldn't venture to guess, but I'm thinking about 25 Hp.
I can guarantee, it won't sell for scrap price!
