What's wrong with the hydro pump? Looks like the seal is just leaking. Is the shaft damaged such that you can't just put a new seal in it?

If you want rid of that hydro, let me know.
On diesel it's not in the switch since they use one for glow plugs. The input shafts hole for the spiral pin is most likely wallowed out you can turn the shaft about 1/8" in either direction before you hit resistance.
