The blower and tiller are worth $250 to $300 each in my area and that tractor doesn't look to bad to me, I'd say the tractor with the deck in working order would be worth no less than $400. The drive line and motor mount will probably need some repair work but that's pretty standard for the ql tractors, his price is decent but it would be better if you could get it for $5 to $600 so you have some money to make repairs.
