Your lights will work, but still not have enough juice in the battery to start it.

In the first video, the battery had been run completely dead. I went to Advance Auto and had it tested and the guy said it was dead and that I needed a new battery. I figured the tester would also test to see if it would hold a charge too and that was how it would determine if it was a bad battery... not the case.
After the battery had been charged yesterday morning (video below), I was able to get the 1811s lights to work and for it to turn the motor over. Now I am sure it is a charging issue.

Honestly, I didn't know what it was but I have a feeling I will get to know this 1811 like I know my Jeep soon haha
