Depending on how bad it is, you may be able to weld the plate back together and build it back up. There are a few posts about how to do that...

another option is to go with one of these:

Either way, put some wet rags around the area while you weld so you don't overheat the hydro and cause further damage. Put some new pins and springs in there while you are at it.
