Default 105 hydro leak

Checked rear end for fluid level last summer. It was dripping fluid on the floor, maybe a tablespoon in 2 weeks. When I took the plug out the rear end was pressurized and about 1/2 cup of fluid came out. No leaks since then---untill last week. Took out the fill plug, and the same thing happened, rear end pressurized, and another 1/2 cup of fluid ran out. Two years ago, the tractor was "split" to replace the famous seal. Cleaned out the rear end, replaced the Hytran the year we got it, and again when I rellaced "the seal" To get to the point, why is the rear end becoming pressurized ?
