Are you wanting to shine it up for shows and parades or just make it look better and use it as a worker?

For a worker, rustoleum marigold is very close to the yellow and can't remember the color of white off the top of my head. You could power wash, degrease and scuff the tractor and just use the rattle cans. For a worker, it looks lots better and will help keep it rust free.

For shows and such, I would recommend use a hardened enamel and take it apart to paint things.

If you go the enamel route, buy more paint than you need, if you go back to get more, if can be a little off in color.
