It looks like the air cleaner is missing, better check to see if the engine is stuck.

Wheel weights are worth $125.00 to the right buyer, three point hitch is worth $100.00 (give or take).

Look to see if it has a spring assist, and see if there is a creeper knob under the snow on the tunnel (doesn't really look like it does but check anyway).

If it has sat outside very long the trans-axle will be full of water, check to make sure the shifter isn't rusted stuck.

It looks pretty clean for the most part, might just be because it's sat outside for a long time though.
