Like a few other I have started a restore/ up grade project. I have a 1863 that doesn't have power steering or dual hydraulics which I would like to have. I also have a 1862 parts tractor that I bought after the po stripped the rear axle and tubes and pig "for a puller". Its my plan To start with the 1862 stripped down frame power wash it, prep and paint it. I then plan to reinstall the power steering and add the dual hydraulics then pull the 1863 out of service to pull the rear end so I can take what ever parts I need to rebuild the 1862 rear end. So far that's the plan time will tell I it changes much. Sorry about the picture being sideways they show as being right on my end I'm sure it irritates you as much as me.
