28 AC volts, measured between the 2 stator output leads @ full rpm is good.
About 14V DC from center lead on Reg to ground is good @ full rpm.
And same reading between + and - of battery is good, again @ full rpm.
If not getting 14V @ battery but @ reg could be wiring problem or Ign sw connectors which are a known problem.
