The rear should have one more blade per gang than the front and the outermost blade about half the diameter. But, equal blades front and back will work. Think about it like this: each blade in front makes a furrow, then each blade on the rear reverses the direction the dirt is rolled and fills in the furrow.
The angle of the "V" also isn't steep enough. The problem with the these small disk blades is they dish a little too much for no larger than they are. To do a good job the smallest usable blade is 12". I believe the Briny disks are 9".
