Is the flywheel on a 20 horse command steel or cast? I was at a pull last weekend and they were twisting them pretty hard. I talked to a guy about his motor and sounds like it was basically stock, per class rules. I didn't think to ask about the flywheel but he did comment that he runs an offset key to advance timing. Just wondering what kind of RPM's a stock command flywheel will take.
