Decided to switch over to solid motor mounts. Ordered a set of these;

Along with one of Zach's solid six pin drivers (this awesome driver actually now comes with a sealed roller bearing to carry the front end of the drive shaft);

and a new drive shaft from him too (yeah I know, this is the third time into the clutch. I keep telling myself I'm having fun!);

and some two piece clamp on shaft collars (part # 6436K15) from McMaster-Carr;

I know, I know that's not the 1200. I'm actually doing much of his work to two Quietlines simultaneously. We'll just call this a 'file photo' (the 1450 actually got new CUB CADET Quiet Line ISO Motor/Engine Mounts (Part # IH 61509-C2 Use 759-3952)).

* It is well worth noting that the solid motor mounts, drive shaft and many other high quality parts are available from our member Jeff in Pa. Jeff does high quality work, is a fair and reasonable man, and a pleasure to work with. I opted to order my parts from Zach as I needed other items from him and I just needed to save on shipping.
