The gearbox mount I made is stronger than the OEM one was...I think it only had 3 bolts holding the box to the bracket. Mine has 4 bolts and a larger plate. I can't easily tie into the pins for the lower arms. My 3-point plate is tweaked a bit, and one of the pins is no longer orthogonal to the plate. I don't want to know how the PO bent that. The rest of that hinge is pretty rigid. I'm not sure adding another hook is going to do anything. The two plates butt against each other when it is assembled. I'll see how it holds up, I guess. This is basically just as the OEM version of this kit was, with a slightly larger gearbox mount. Thanks for the input though
