Just curious what people think of them, pro and cons

Im to pick one up on sat that has the engine disassembled, the seller had intended to have it rebuilt but never did. I like the k241s and likely have any parts that might be needed. It looks reasonable and has a deck, no seat tho, but cheap. I buy/sell alot of GTs and wont know which way I'll go with it until I get it home and look it over, ideally it can be repaired, cleaned up and passed on to somebody else to use or fully restore.
