Looks like it's time for a rebuild, I know all of the parts are kinda spendy, but if you rebuild it properly, you will never regret it.

Yea, it does rattle! I'm just having a tough time imagining what part your talking about (the throw out bearing) The lever pushes (ie engages the clutch) on the teaser spring..does that sit on the TOB? The lever hanger (if you mean the two top right holes) aren't both elongated (the one you see is the worse one) But moot point if im going to rebuild the whole thing I might aswell change that too.
I did see the shaft wear but wasn't sure how much of that I should expect (how much tolerance the whole setup has for such an issue).
So if Im looking at it right I need a new TOB, teaser spring, drive shaft and bracket? Somehow I think I'm going to be rebuilding the rear end before its all over too (8-)
