It appears to be a hydro tractor with no options, paint looks OK at best and it won't mow correctly with the big rear tire so they'll need to be changed. He says the engines fresh but unless he has all the receipts to back it up then it doesn't mean a thing. I'd put a top value on that tractor of $500, if the engine really is rebuilt and done properly then $850 would be acceptable but if the guy that built it doesn't have a micrometer then its nothing more than a boat anchor.
