Thanks Sam Mac. My problem turned out to be a weak battery. I though the battery was good as I checked it with volt meter and it showed 12.2 volts. Only problem is when I tried to start the tractor and a load was put on the battery the voltage dropped to little over 8 volts. Using my battery charger with engine starting feature the tractor started right up.
