That's great !! A seat is where one spends most of the time, and the seat makes it so much better on the butt for sure. I need to put one on my 1450 as well, it looks to have already been replaced once before, so I will just replace it with an aftermarket seat of close match, and of course as you said I will get the correct color.
I imagine it takes you a lot more looking to find items your looking for to restore, fix up your cub in Germany than it does for people ( me, and most of the others) living in the US, I applaud you for all the extra effort, and work it takes you to accomplish what your doing.
