Thank you for the link!! I couldn't seem to find a parts breakdown of the carb but that's exactly what I hoped to find. I see they sell a choke repair kit but that's between $50 and $60
I see they also sell a "choke lever cap" and that sounds promising. However, I can't find a picture of it so I guess I get to call around tomorrow. Thanks again

I can't seem to track down the broken piece :-/ However, I had the idea of getting an epoxy and building it up, then shaping it and drilling a hole to allow the choke arm to fit. That was a last ditch redneck option, though
