It's not the motors fault (or yours).... they usually start good. It's the cold hydro it's dragging that makes it hard to start.
Best thing to do.....keep it in a warmer place. Or, if that's not possible, put a heat lamp on the rear and the motor. That will help. Just don't start a fire!
