Well I checked the lines running to the front and everything was good but still no power steering or lift .I got looking closer at the hydro and not just the charge pump but the whole unit looked like maybe someone was into it.I had the parts 2072 sitting there and just said ok stop messing around and I swapped it out.I now have a running driving 2072 with power steering and the lift now works fine.At some point I may open that one up and see what was done but for now I'm just happy everything is working.Thanks again to all who took the time to help out.
