Had the same problem with our 2072. I had good pressure at the pump but had no power steering or lift. After much hair tearing out and a bunch of cleaning on the bottom of the steering shaft to read the connections I found that the input line from the pump (output at the pump) was connected to the out connection on the steering box and the out line was connected to the in connector. We switched the two lines and everything worked as it was supposed to.
