Okay,got it running the other day.It was hard to start like the ACR was not working,ran like crap,leaky head gasket,drippy carb,wouldn't move when I pushed the go go lever.
Took it apart yesterday.Figure I would adjust the valves while I had the carb off.Someone was in there,assembled the breather upside down.

Adjusted valves.Still has a STD piston in it.No scratches in the bore but the piston is eaten away slightly,towards the ex valve.Looks like a rebuild in the future.
Took out the hydro relief valves,got them little teats to move up and down.
Then after rebuilding the carb and putting a new head gasket on.It started easier and it ran better,took it for a spin,no creep in the hydro.No knocks or blue smoke,but black smoke on throttle up,must have missed something on the rebuild...
I just needed to get it running to see how the tranny hydro lift,and the charging system work and it is fine.Now I will retorque the head,then drain the gas out of the carb and tank and store it away for another day.
