I've got the button in the hole OK. It still won't lock into the rod inside the lever. Maybe I am not making any sense?
Here is the diagram from Cub Cadet's website. The link doesn't work. I'll figure out how to get it on here.
That part that I bought is #4. The problem is that it does not engage the release rod. The rod works. I can lock at any height. It just looks like either there is one more part missing or the button is the wrong part.
