What you have there is the rear lift. The bolt on piece connects to the lift arm and the bar slips of the stud. The other end of the bar uses the spacer to connect to the rear casting where the lift pin slips in.
Since I'm a narror frame guy, I have pictures of how mine goes together. Yours will be similar but not exact.
