I agree with the other guys. IH cart, wrong decals.
You can take off the decals and not hurt the paint, just get a pinstripe removal wheel. They are like a decal or pinstripe eraser. Most auto stores carry them. If you can't find one, just say I'll get you a part number. All my local stores carry them. If you want to get really fancy, buy the whole tool. They work better on the tool than on a drill. (Tool can be pricey, wheel that attaches to a drill is like $15.)
