You will almost certainly need to buy the particular drill size you need unless you have a machinists drill set. You can generally find the smaller sizes at an Ace hardware or similar store, but the homeowner sets will seldom have what you need.

Thank you! Was actually able to run a tap through it, clean it up and the set screw went in perfectly!
