Google "1250 wiring diagram cub cadet"and you will find a cub faq site with factory wiring diagrams .....your wire colors don't make sense but that diagram will show you what each hooks to... be aware the safety switches may have been bypassed which might be why the wiring is off....
Also clean up those wires and check them in an area that hasn't been sun faded and you may find an entirely different color....I have been chasing wired on a 149 and the wires I thought were grey turned out to be dark blue, and a white wire turned out to be yellow...
