It looks like it's leaking from those areas? Or you know it's leaking in those areas?
Sometimes one leak over time can make it look like it's coming from numerous spots. If it was me, before going through a lot of extra work, I would remove the fender pan, and pressure wash everything around the rear and pump, and make for sure where the leak is coming from. Then you can isolate the leak and fix accordingly.
