Rebuilt the spool valve.

Not much to these. 1 snap ring and 2 O rings.

The O rings are 2.5mm wide with an ID of 11mm. I used McMaster Carr part #9262K234. They cost $7.46 for 100, guess I will have a few left over.




I cant find a good picture but the lines take two pieces to make a complete seal. On the left side of the picture are the O rings(McMaster part# 9452K19 -- $2.11/100) used on the 3K and cyclops machines and on the right are the back up rings(McMaster part# 5288T117 -- $2.60/100). The back up rings go on the line first with the concave side facing the O ring and then the O ring. The O ring always goes towards the pressure side of the fitting.
