Depending on the deck that you have, I'm thinking that the gauge wheel will fit right in between the duels. The duels will mash the grass down before it gets cut and you may end up with a not so neat looking lawn.

I mow about 400 yards of highway ditches here and some of it is pretty steep. I pull a 60" drag behind mower with my 109 making my cutting swath nearly nine feet, so I weighted 1 rear wheel for extra traction on the up-hill side, otherwise there are places where I would just sit and spin.
