i have a 100 creeper i rebuilt and put new seal in front .After it sat for a while i noticed it leaking around outside of front seal. so i put a new seal in thinking maybe got some defect. The new seal leaks as well. Now this is not leaking around shaft were their might be a groove this is on the outside of seal. anybody ever encounter this?
