To answer your question, yes....but if you look carefully, your front of your subframe on that same side is bent inward, too! If you are just going to use it, then you my fit it up and see if it fits the way it is. If so, then I wouldn't bother messing with it unless it gets on your nerves. It didn't look bent to bad to me.
