I did too the first time. Took me a reread to realize you were referring Yosemite Sam's "restore" rant not Sam Mac's cosmetic refresh.
Since I'm here, I'll put my 2 cents in. if you're (op) not going to tackle a restore yourself, I see no reason not to spend the money on a quality restored tractor. Like the others said, take your time and check it out to make sure it's done right.
