I also have one of Jeff's sleeve adapters and his brass buttons. As far as the hitch goes, if you can break that something more important is coming with it. Now onto the brass button, I managed to forget to put a cotter pin in the linkage for my release lever on my 149 and the whole thing moved so that the brass button came in contact with the fingers of the clutch. Results brass button fine, fingers toast. Yeah Jeff makes good stuff.
