If its a QL I would immediately plan on needing new ISO mounts, craddle mod, and DS biscuits at minimum. There's plenty of labor and cost involved in that.
It does LOOK nice, but I wouldn't go over $500, especially with a motor that smokes. If you want to keep it around for a long time, I would count on it needing $500-$750 of repairs including an engine rebuild. $1300 for a nice and correctly repaired (because you did it) QL with a new motor is pretty decent, IMHO, if you're planning to work some money out of it over several years.
