I am referring to the cylinder head. You know, the aluminum HEAD. It bolts onto the top of the motor. The fins on the side are part of the block. They are called the "jug". You can paint the entire block.
I didn't mention any brand of paint. I use Dupont, and they make both acrylic and urethane. I usually use Duponts cheaper paint, NASON. I prefer Dupont above all the rest.
