If you are lucky the brakes are seized. Slightly less lucky? The clutch is completely roasted. It gets worse from there (IMO).
Looks like the brake peddle is all the way "to the wood" in the pictures so you may luck out. Pick it up manually and see what happens.

Don't think it will be clutch issue, drive shaft doesnt spin in neutral when pushed. Yup, just saw pedal locked down too, probably start there
