Well guys, the 800 has a problem now that I need some help figuring out. I installed a mower deck last night, and mowed for about 15 minutes with it before the electric clutch went out.
As it looks right now there is no direct replacement for this since the clutch is 800 specific. The field coil is shot on mine. How would one go about fixing this? I have a Quietline clutch on the bench, could I take the field coil off it and install it on the 800 mounting plate?
