I pulled the tunnel cover and inspected the driveline, not terrible, but not good either. IMHO I have nothing against the rag joints in the older cubs, but things are kinda tight with the power steering, etc. on this tractor. I'm contemplating what is the best way to go, CV, or the 2000 style, think I'll talk it over with Sam, but since I'm gonna plow and such the CV is stronger. Also a set of rear end braces are going on it for sure. I'm not 100% sure yet, but since I don't plan to work my low hour 1782 I might pull the cat 0 off it and put it on the 1772.
